I place an order? Feel free to contact us by phone, fax, email, or mail. We accept personal or company checks, cashier's checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to California (7.75%). What is the shipping policy? Prices shown on our site do not include shipping costs. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. FedEx Express service is available at an additional charge. In stock merchandise usually is processed and leaves our fulfillment center within (3) three business days. Plein Air Supply will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a back-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. When will my order arrive? The delivery transit time for in-stock items is (5-7) five to seven business days. Destinations outside of the Continental United States and oversized items may take longer. What does shipping cost? Ground domestic shipping is 10%. There is a $10 minimum shipping charge for all orders. Can an order be cancelled? If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. What is the return policy? Plein Air Supply offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that the product is returned in new condition packed in its original box and includes all original packing material. There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, unless the frame is damaged during transit. What about refunds? We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within (7-10) seven to ten business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. |
